Dovecote Events is an exclusive wedding venue that truly impressed me from the moment I arrived. The venue boasts a beautiful, rustic wedding barn fitted with reclaimed wooden beams and high ceilings. The space is beautifully decorated with fairy lights, and it has a gorgeous outdoor terrace for guests to enjoy. Its giant tipi is another feature that is simply breathtaking. It is a fantastic setting for a larger weddings, seating up to 150 people with plenty of space for a dance floor, bar, and catering area.

As an Oxfordshire tipi wedding photographer, I have had the pleasure of shooting various weddings across UK, but one of my favourites has to be at Dovecote barn in Oxfordshire. This stunning venue situated on the edge of the Cotswolds in the heart of rural Oxfordshire offers a beautiful wedding barn licensed for ceremonies and a giant tipi for larger gatherings with breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside. A perfect location for a relaxed tipi/ festival style wedding of your dreams, I was thrilled to photograph this gorgeous couple on their special day. 

The wedding ceremony took place in the barn, with the perfect lighting and elegant decor. The natural light that flows through the venue is ideal for a ceremony, as it creates a whimsical atmosphere that makes every moment picture-perfect.

I absolutely love a Tipi wedding

It was an absolute honour to capture this couples special day. The bride and groom at this Dovecote Events tipi wedding radiated enthusiasm, and their energy was contagious. The happy couple was full of vibes that made my work as a photographer easier.

One thing that stood out about the guests of this particular wedding was how friendly and engaged they were. They were simply lovely, easy to capture, and willing to take part in every planned event. I could feel the excitement in the room as the newlyweds took their grand entrance to the reception, and the party began.
