HOW DO WE BOOK YOU ?
Simply fill out my contact form to get in touch, and we’ll schedule a call to chat about your plans. Once we’ve gone over the details, your date will be secured with a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable booking fee. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your wedding. The booking fee ensures your date is held exclusively for you, and I’ll turn away any other enquiries for that day.
WHEN DO WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES ?
You’ll get a sneak peek of at least 50 fully edited photos within 72 hours of your wedding – perfect for reliving the magic (and sharing a few favourites!). Your full gallery, lovingly edited and ready to enjoy, will be with you within 8 weeks of the big day.
How far do you travel ?
Travel within the UK is included in all my packages—no extra fees. For destination weddings abroad, just get in touch and we can chat through the details!
Should we have a second photographer ?
Honestly, it makes such a difference! A second shooter means we can be in two places at once – capturing both of you getting ready, different angles during the ceremony, and loads more candid moments throughout the day. It takes the pressure off and helps tell a more complete story of your wedding. Two of my packages already include a second photographer, so we’ve got you covered if you want that extra coverage without missing a thing.
do you have insurance?
Yes. I have full public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance.
can we meet you before the wedding?

Absolutely! I offer a free discovery call before booking, and I’m here for as many chats as you need leading up to the day. I’m always just a message away for timeline advice, location ideas, or anything else you need.
have you shot at our wedding venue before?
I may have or may not have shot at your specific venue before, but either way, you’re in great hands. I always arrive early to scout the best lighting and photo spots, and I do thorough research ahead of time to ensure I’m fully prepared. Whether it’s a familiar location or a brand new one, I bring the same level of care and creativity to every wedding.
Do your packages include albums?
My most popular package include a handcrafted luxury album- because your memories deserve to be held, not just scrolled through. I include complimentary album design as part of the experience. Once your full gallery is ready, you’ll choose your favourite images, and I’ll create a beautiful layout for you to review. Nothing goes to print until you’re completely happy. Parent replica albums and upgrade options are available too!
We feel awkward in front of the camera can we book an engagement shoot to get comfortable?
Absolutely! An engagement shoot is the perfect way to feel more comfortable in front of the camera and get to know my approach before the big day. It’s a laid-back, enjoyable session where you can simply be yourselves no pressure or stiff poses. I’ll guide you every step of the way, using gentle prompts to capture your natural connection and genuine moments. This shoot is included in my most popular package, but you can easily add it to any other package too.
Do you have back-up equipment?
Absolutely. I always bring multiple cameras, lenses, memory cards, and batteries to every wedding. Equipment malfunctions are rare, but I’m fully prepared just in case your memories are too important to risk.
What happens if you are ill, or there is an emergency?
In the unlikely event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding due to serious illness or an emergency, I have a trusted network of experienced professional photographers I can call on as a backup. They share a similar style and approach, ensuring your day is still captured beautifully. I’ll handle all coordination and editing afterward, so the final gallery still reflects my quality and vision.
